Its good to approach you own Yoga or Pilates experience through different viewing glasses.
Same old same old?

 

Why do we get so bored so soon? Change your own perspection and approach exercises with fresh eyes , fresh mind and fresh body.

 

Think about  mindfully trying the same exercise via a different self focus....the experence changes and it challenges you in a completely new way - thus challenging muscles and not only mind.

 

We too often then not want to blame someone else for our own issues in life.

Look within first, what can you change?

In Pilates never work to failure of exercise - but work with Quality of exercise..whatever your focus
